Urban Movement is a mindful movement school in Houston, TX. We train men, women and children ages 6 - 50+ to adapt and overcome real-world obstacles through brain-and body-focused classes.
Our sessions are primarily a blend of Parkour, Freerunning, Art Du Deplacement, Natural Movement Fitness (MovNat) and Yoga. We also have a lot of experience in other fields like Self Defense, Strength and Conditioning, Martial Arts, Circus Arts, and Meditation and Breathing.
Consistent attendance of at least two classes per week is recommended. We're always cycling through weekly themes. The more you attend classes in any given week, the more you'll learn about the different movements and progressions within that theme. Beginners are welcome.
